Hello, dear user! We’ve finally arrived at the hottest topic in our GeoToken Deep Dive (#GDD) series – mining. So, let’s break it down clearly and concisely to understand how GeoToken works and how it differs from classic GPU/CPU mining.
1. What is mining in GeoToken?
Our mining is not traditional GPU or CPU mining that consumes device power and increases electricity bills. In GeoToken, everything is calculated on the server side, and you collect pre-created tokens based on the blockchain (by the way, our 10 billion coins have already been generated). Neither your phone’s battery nor its processor will be affected!
2. How does it work?
Step 1: Activate the “Radar”
The radar allows you to scan a visible map area (up to 1 km²). You can activate it by tapping the purple button anywhere – in your neighborhood.
Coins with different values in GTAR tokens and specified mining time will appear on the screen.
Step 2: Forming the “Queue”
To start mining coins, tap on any available coin and add it to the queue.
The queue size depends on your Tolerances (scan radius, slot capacity, queue size).
You can start mining once at least one coin is in the queue. The process continues until all coins in the queue are thoroughly mined.
Pro tip: While mining is in progress, you can add new coins if the last coin in the queue hasn’t finished yet. This means the queue is dynamic, allowing you to plan and mine more tokens in one cycle.
Step 3: Receiving the “Reward”
Once all the coins in the queue are successfully mined, you will receive a reward in GTAR tokens, immediately credited to your balance.
After the reward is credited, the queue is cleared, and you can start a new mining cycle.
3. Key Points
✅ No harm to your device – All complex calculations happen on the server. You don’t need powerful hardware or mining rigs. A regular smartphone with GPS is enough.
✅ Simplicity & Mobility – Use the radar anywhere, find coins, add them to the queue, and start mining with a single tap.
✅ Your Tolerances:
- Radius – Expands your scanning area.
- Slot capacity – Determines how many tokens can be mined simultaneously.
- Queue size – Defines the maximum number of coins you can add to the queue.
Your balance and level (Level) affect these parameters. The higher your level, the more tokens you can mine at once.
✅ Freedom of movement – Coins are available everywhere (activate the radar). You can walk around with the app or mine from home – it doesn’t affect mining speed.
✅ New coins appear every 10 minutes.
4. How to get started?
1️⃣ Sign up – Not with us yet? Check our previous posts about registration and the referral program to get bonus tokens at the start.
2️⃣ Activate the radar – Find coins around you or in any other location on the map.
3️⃣ Add coins to the queue – Choose the best offers and tap “+” to start mining.
4️⃣ Start mining – Wait for the process to complete and receive your GTAR tokens in your balance.
